Justin Lindsay conducted this interview with Joshua Whaley a young but inspired entrepreneur who has a big interest in music. He is originally from Bolingbrook, Illinois which is 15 minutes outside of Chicago. His passion for music came to him at a young age. For Josh, he turns to music to keep his piece of mind and to help him paint clear pictures for fresh ideas. He has made a name for himself in his hometown and on his college campus. Josh’s future is bright and will be impacting others on a daily basis.
JL: How would you briefly describe Chicago’s scene and how will it benefit you?
JW: Chicago is great city . It necessarily isn’t known for a particular thing because it literally has everything. The city of Chicago is a great place for students to grow within the industry and with oneself. The city is really cultivated and different from any other city. Whenever I’m in the city, I feel the unity and the support system that’s behind me. With that being said the love and support that he has received, has truly affected his career positively.
JL: What 3 services do you provide for your clients?
JW: Managing social network accounts, website optimization, and brand development/story telling. The goal for his services is to help clients to expand their reach, while developing their brand story. This will help distinguish them from other competition which will essentially help them build a stronger relationship with customers. The goal is to take the following and use leverage to get a paid sponsorship from a company.
JL: How did you get into the business you are in?
JW: I have a passion for fashion and music. I want to give others a creative outlook and something that would help them develop and stay confident.
JL: Do you have any events coming up?
JW: At the moment, we are doing a lot of in house work, making sure that everything comes off in a positive and affective way. The brand and its mission are there and it will be used to direct the progress.
